...There are many lazy people in the Church, and for them, the easiest way to hear God is to be fed by someone who is “close” to God.
Psychics are extremely popular in the world because people don’t know how to hear for themselves, and so they hope the psychics will deliver a message about their present state or their future.
Unfortunately, this mindset has crept into the church and actually, the prophet has been demoted to a spiritual psychic.
The fact is that the only reason that it is important that you hear God speaking to you is so that you can become a voice yourself - an expression NOT an opinion.
Don’t be hasty to speak on God’s behalf for there is always time to utter a word but never time to take it back.
Secrecy has the feel of divinity. There are times that silence is deafening and speaks more than a thousand words. We often waste time giving words and truth to the ignorant, and even our Lord taught us that there were times to share parables with the masses and then there were times to share deeper truths with the few that had an ear to hear

Great News *JANE BROWN has!!
ABOUT my CAR: let me Post this LORD gives me: 1Chron. 4.. 9 .......... His mother named him Jabez [fn3] because his birth had been so painful. 10 He was the one who prayed to the God of Israel, "Oh, that you would wonderfully bless me and help me in my work! Please be with me in all that I do, and keep me from all evil and disaster!" And God granted him his request.
NOW: Some of you recall our prayers for friend's son -- was in and out of a few hospitals for mental problems, trying to get meds straight with diagnosis (bi polar I believe). Here's update!!

car and stuff
I Made an "if" request to GOD yesterday and all day today....
about getting my poor, stolen car back..
I did not get the answer I desired... but found late in the day that itwas better to get the car later :) IF I had gotten today, I would not have gotten the confirmation of something else, that was needed!!
"They that wait upon the lORD shall renew their strength, rise up with wings as eagles, run and not be weary; walk and not faint..."
GOD knows and is never too late or too early!!

isWeek Later.. Car/ Brother
A week ago, I "Found" My little car ;) I thought what a present for brother.... Can tell him (in a way) HE FOUND IT!
He's always been interested in cars; Actually one of last things he said to me in person was: "You're gonna work that little Nissan to death coming to see ME!"
ALL the more reason, I WANT MY CAR BACK!
ALL I know at the moment is: I kept believing the car was close,and it WAS! I started this journal because the good Lord said to do so, and then I FOUND THE CAR! Now they have the man's name, SS#, Mom's address, and his race; ALL we need now is to find him again!
The day after I found the car (that drove off) we drove over to see my brother. That was Saturday and he went to Heaven the next night. Wednesday, we buried him and things went fairly smoothly thank GOD! Now I am needing some time with the good Lord to talk about getting the little Altima back. I will do so, and give updates!

GODincidence!! Brother "TEST" Car "TEST"
I've prayed for a GODincidence on my car since it was stolen, 3 wks. ago
Saturday. Actually, this testing is why i started the journal.
I hoped to have it (car) yesterday, but the day after Valentine's is
just FINE with me!
YEP! I drove up to get my oil changed in truck and MY CAR WAS
behind the QUICK Lube place! HE worked there! (for the last 3
weeks, apparently since got MY car.... :(
HE drove off, but the police have his name and all the rest of info,
so now praying a swift and pain-free recovery.
MY BROTHER is close to dying now, so we wanted oil change
because of road trip there. NOW I'll always think of it- the
car- as being "found by my brother," too... a very nice thing indeed.
THANK you, saints, for any thoughts of all of us lifted up to the
LORD!! in JESUS name AMEN

HEPATITIS C Friend's diagnosis
FRIEND HERE was tested years ago (more than 2 mentioned)
and found to have Hepatitis C with very short time to live;
JESUS had other ideas, so I wanted to share the latest!
Pearlygates4GOD: Yesterday When I went to the Social Security office The man that was helping me fill out papers
said -- I see here it says you had six months to live 2 yrs ago
I looked right at him and I told him You know what It is all Jesus Christ
all with no meds
He said Jesus huh?
Pearlygates4GOD: I said yep Jesus
I said Jesus takes care of me
Pearlygates4GOD: He just looked AT ME
Pearlygates4GOD: To God be the glory
PEARLY: YOU SHOULD MAKE JESUS BUSINESS cards!!!!!!!!!!

TESTING 1, 2, 3 "The Car"
THE difference in Christians being tested and in the rest of world, is:
WE KNOW (or should) that it is a "test".
My car was stolen over 2 wks. ago. Today is Valentine's day.
It seems the good LORD is telling me it will come back, and the
romantic in me cries out: "TODAY LORD, please make it TODAY."
GOD knows what I NEED, though, and when I NEED it!
HE is never a moment too early or too late. I WILL STAND.
I've only glanced at other cars,
and still do not think I have to drive one!
Rom 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to [his] purpose.
In testing, we must look back at the Israelites who had seen SUCH
AMAZING miracles but then chose doubt and unbelief.
I choose FAITH. Although I KNOW the car may not come back, or
not in great shape, I do believe it will.
MY GOD is great and more than GOOD!
